I’m already a busy person. How will I fit these courses into my schedule?
These courses are self-paced and can be accessed from any computer. You can work on them from home, at the office, or any computer with internet. The only scheduling limitation is the expiration of your one-year subscription, and if your department chooses to set a deadline for completion of a certain course. Because there is no physical classroom, you can complete these courses anytime and anywhere that is convenient for you. Every LEO course that counts toward your in-service training is one less course that forces you to adjust your already busy schedule.

Do all the courses look and work the same?
No. The style and functionality of each course is dictated by the content. For example, some classes have videos to watch, some have quizzes as you progress through the information, and some contain only reading and a final test.
Do courses have specific start and end dates?
You may take any course from the day your subscription begins until the day your subscription expires. However, it is possible your supervisor may request that you complete a course in a certain timeframe for departmental purposes. Also, your supervisor may be able to view your time-in-course and completion status. FLETC maintains the exclusive right to modify or remove any course at any time.
How will I get credit for taking these courses?
Many of the courses have been certified for in-service training credit by most states.
